Acceptance of the Terms of Use and any Amendments

These "Terms of Use" states the terms and conditions under which you may use the website located at www.franklintempletonme.com, and all products, services, content, tools, and information available through the website (referred to collectively as the "Site" or the "Site Content"). FTIME is registered as a domestic company in the Dubai International Financial Centre (Registered Number CL0281) and is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (License Number F000320).

It is authorized by the DFSA to undertake the regulated activities of “Managing Assets”, “Managing a Collective Investment Fund”, “Arranging Deals in Investments”, “Advising on Financial Products” and “Arranging/Advising in Credit”. FTIME is authorized for these activities in respect of Certificates, Debentures, Futures, Options, Shares, Structured Products, Units and Warrants.

FTIME has “Islamic Window” and “Holding or Controlling Client Assets” endorsements on its license.

FTIME only deals with Professional Investors as defined in the DFSA rules.

FTIME’s principal activities are to provide investment management services to Franklin Templeton funds and separate accounts managed by other Franklin Templeton group entities and third-party clients. FTIME also undertakes management of public feeder funds launched by FTIME in the DIFC.

FTIME also carries out promotion and referral activities of FTIME and Franklin Templeton group products and capabilities to distributors / intermediaries and professional investors.
