Ivan Fong

Ivan Fong, Vice President, Senior Product Manager is based in Hong Kong where he represents Franklin Templeton's fixed income capabilities to investors in Asia. Mr. Fong has more than 20 years of financial industry experience.

Mr. Fong joined Franklin Templeton in 2016 from Janus Capital where he represented the firm's global macro fixed income capabilities to non-US based investors. He also held institutional business development responsibilities in Asia. Prior to joining Janus in 2011, Mr. Fong spent 8 years at Blackrock (including his years at Barclays Global Investors) where he held positions in institutional business development; as a product specialist for multi-asset & alternatives products; and in the firm's Client Advisory & Solutions group delivering strategic investment advice and creating bespoke client solutions. Earlier, Mr. Fong worked within Frank Russell's asset consulting division based in Sydney, Australia.

Mr. Fong holds Bachelor of Mathematics & Finance and Bachelor of Science (Honours) degrees from the University of Technology, Sydney. He also holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.
