Judy Sher

Judy Sher is a vice president and portfolio manager for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income - Bank Loans in San Mateo, California, United States. Ms. Sher manages the open-end floating rate bank loan funds, Franklin Floating Rate Daily Access Fund and Franklin Floating Rate Fund PLC. In addition to her portfolio management duties, she also covers leveraged loans within the retail and consumer products sectors.

Ms. Sher has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2013, Ms. Sher was a high yield research analyst at Fidelity Investments analyzing high yield bond and leveraged loan opportunities. Prior to that she worked at Credit Suisse, Octagon Credit Investors, and Gap Inc.

Ms. Sher holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Columbia University and a MBA in finance and strategic management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Joseph Wharton Fellow.
